ICEQ Conference Agadir, Morocco 2023

Having taken a step further in the academic world, I feel blessed to have experienced another part of the world with wonderful people coming together to collaborate and share their journeys.  Professionally or personally, everyone within this ICEQ conference in Agadir, Morrocco experienced a sense of belonging.  The conference gave way for individuals to share their thoughts, ideas and various perspectives whilst redistributing power and bringing together multiple identities to represent ICEQ conference. 

It has been truly inspiring to listen to many speakers with the knowledge and experience they bring to understand from many different aspects and perspectives surrounding the various threads in transformational leadership in education.  For me, this experience was not only for academic purposes but also on a personal level where everyone embraced each other with kindness, love and respect.  It enlightened everyone’s journey in the present but also their future.  With this in mind, I can only say that, having given anyone some element of happiness and peace by sharing those laughter and joy from my side, it accomplishes the purpose of being human.
